Reservations being taken for Polish carnival

YOUNGSTOWN — Ostatki, a Polish carnival celebration open to the public, will take place beginning at 6 p.m. Feb. 20 at the Youngstown Club, top level of the Commerce Building, 201 E. Commerce St.

Hosting the event is Polish Youngstown, the umbrella organization created to inspire, promote and educate the Mahoning Valley on all things Polish.

The event includes vodka and beer tastings, an assortment of authentic appetizers, desserts and music.

The cost is $35 per person or $60 per couple. For Youngstown Club members, the cost is $30 per person or $55 per couple. All door sales are $40 per person.
