Texas: $2.5 billion

Michigan: $1.4 billion

Florida: $1.25 billion

Pennsylvania: $1.25 billion

Ohio: $1.1 billion

Maryland: $1 billion

New York: $1 billion

Washington: $900 million

Illinois: $800 million
