Firefighters investigate source of water line leak

GREENVILLE, Pa. — Borough crews were looking Saturday for the source of a water line break that flooded six basements along Main Street. Firefighters said the first reports of flooding in the 100 block came at 8 a.m. By afternoon, businesses reported up to 3 feet of water in their basements. The basements were pumped out, and crews repaired what they thought was the leak. But when water pressure was restored, the basements flooded again and firefighters went back out.
