Chaney-Morckel summer wedding is being planned

HOWLAND — The engagement of Victoria Marie Chaney and Jeffrey Alan Morckel is being announced by parents of the bride-elect, Deborah and Ronald Hill of Howland.

The prospective groom is a son of Jodi and Roy McCullough of Salem and Dale and Jane Morckel of Greenford.

Miss Chaney graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in education from the University Scholars Program at Youngstown State University. She is a graduate fellow at Ohio State University, where she is pursuing a doctorate in city and regional planning.

A graduate of the University Scholars Program at YSU with a bachelor’s degree in music, Mr. Morckel is a piano teacher at 88 Keys Music Studio in Pickerington. He is pursuing a master of music education degree at OSU.

The couple are planning a summer wedding.
