OSP’s Hill promoted to staff lieutenant

COLUMBUS — Lt. Morris L. Hill Jr., originally from Warren, is the new assistant district commander at the Ohio State Highway Patrol’s Bucyrus District Headquarters following his promotion to the rank of staff lieutenant. Hill will transfer from the Bucyrus Post where he has served as post commander since November 2001. Hill currently resides in Mansfield with is wife, Angela, and their seven children.
