• East High School Alumni will meet for breakfast at 9 a.m. Tuesday at Denny’s in Boardman.

CLUBS

• McDonald Parents of Performing Arts will meet at 4 p.m. Wednesday in the senior citizens room at the McDonald post office building.

• Warren Women’s Connection will have a “No Thyme to Cook” luncheon at 11:30 a.m. Feb. 9 at DiLucia’s Banquet Room, 2610 Elm Road N.E., Warren. Audrey Riley will share tips on how to prepare a quick, healthy meal. The featured speaker will be Ellen Lemke, who will tell how she searched and found the answers to her life’s struggle. • Youngstown American Hungarian Club, 2219 Donald Ave., will host a Valentine party at 1 p.m. Feb. 8. A buffet dinner will be featured, and members are asked to take a casserole. The donation is $5 for members and $7 for guests. Reservations are being taken until Feb. 6; call (330) 799-7008.

• Youngstown Business and Professional Women’s Club will have a dinner and meeting at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Upstairs Restaurant in Austintown. The speaker will be Dr. Ted Suzelis, naturopathic physician, who will present a common-sense approach to health and provide helpful steps to help regain and keep health.

• Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church Altar and Rosary Society will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the church. A speaker from Hospice House is scheduled. All interested women of the parish are welcome.

• The Vision Impairment Support Group is coming to Park Vista. The first meeting will be at 10:30 a.m. Feb. 10 in the North Lounge, 1310 Fifth Ave. The support group is free and open to those with low vision or anyone who wants to help someone else who has low vision.
