Halko-Kaminski engagement is being announced

AUSTINTOWN — The engagement of Sarah Halko and John Kaminski, both of 4480 Huntingdon Drive, Fort Mill, S.C., is announced by her mother, Rita Halko, 2207 Woodland Trace.

Parents of the future groom are John and Marita Kaminski, 3853 Dunbar Ave.

Miss Halko, also a daughter of the late Thomas Halko, graduated from Kent State University with a bachelor’s degree in education and a minor in English and from Nova Southeastern University in Florida with a master’s in curriculum and instruction. She is an English teacher with South Pointe High School in Rock Hill, S.C.

Mr. Kaminski, a project manager with Moseley Architects in Charlotte, N.C., earned a bachelor’s degree in architecture at KSU.

Invitations will be issued for the wedding the couple have planned for 2 p.m. July 11 at St. Joseph Church and for their evening reception at St. Mary’s Assumption Social Center in Youngstown.
