Coitsville trustees reorganize

COITSVILLE — The Coitsville Township Board of Trustees held its reorganization meeting recently. Phyllis Johnson was appointed chair and Gerald Backo was appointed vice-chair. The board will hold its regular meetings on the third Wednesday of the month at 7 p.m., and hold study sessions on the first Wednesday at 7 p.m., both will be at the Town Hall.

The board reappointed Michael Morris police chief and William Flowers as zoning inspector. Mike Stipetich was reappointed to a five year term on the Zoning Commission. Paul Crowe was reappointed to the Zoning Board of Appeals for a five-year term. Wendy Olson was reappointed secretary and recycling coordinator, and Nick Pope will continue to serve as fire chief.
