Newton Falls school board, special meeting, 6:30 p.m., Junior High School board room, 907 Milton Blvd. Will discuss appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline, promotion, demotion or compensation of public employees.

Weathersfield Township Zoning Commission, reconvene public hearing, addition of three zoning districts, 6 p.m., township administration building.

Public Library of Youngstown & Mahoning County trustee board, 4 p.m., meeting room of the new East Branch Library, 430 Early Road, Youngstown. The board’s Finance, Audit, Investment Committee meets at 3:30 p.m.

Canfield Township trustees, work session, 3 p.m., general business session, 4 p.m., township hall, 21 S. Broad St.
