VIENNA — A honeymoon in Greece and Paris followed the Sept. 20 wedding of Elise Ann Deramo and Adam Kenneth Stredney.

The bride’s godfather, the Rev. Raymond J. Thomas, officiated at the 2 p.m. ceremony at St. Vincent de Paul Church, and a reception took place at Leo’s Ristorante in Howland.

Daniel and Joan Deramo of Brookfield are parents of the bride, and the groom’s parents are Kenneth Stredney of Vienna and Leslie Stredney of Howland.

The bride’s strapless satin A-line gown featured an asymmetrically draped skirt, corset back and a chapel train. Her veil was made by her mother.

A mocha gown was worn by Regina Deramo, the bride’s sister and honor attendant, and burnt orange gowns were worn by the bridesmaids, Melissa Cooper, Annie Fejes, Elena Unger, Samantha Thompson, Amanda Zebroski and Monica Reiser, the bride’s cousin. Nicolina Thomas, the bride’s godchild, was flower girl.

Ryan Stredney was his brother’s best man, and groomsmen were Randy Gore, Scott Siegel, Ryan Unger, Nick Altiere, Mark Deramo, the bride’s brother, and Matthew McClain, the groom’s cousin.

The bride graduated from John Carroll University and is a conference and expo coordinator with COMMON in Chicago.

The groom, an assistant manager with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Chicago, earned a degree at Cleveland State University.

They live in Chicago.
