TMH, St. Joe’s get grants

WARREN — Trumbull Memorial Hospital and St. Joseph Health Center both received $10,000 from the Trumbull County Community Foundation to help low-income patients pay for prescription medications.

The Humility of Mary Health Partners Development Foundation plans to match the $10,000 grant for its Prescription Assistance Program, said James P. Schultis, president of the HMHP Development Foundation. St. Joseph is a HMHP hospital.
