These people were indicted by a Trumbull County grand jury and will be arraigned at 11 a.m. Friday before Judge Peter Kontos in Trumbull County Common Pleas Court:

Brandis R. Patrick, 27, Warren, theft and eight counts of tampering with records.

Daniel A. Persing, 47, Warren, grand theft of a motor vehicle.

Dwayne L. Cox, 30, Niles, passing bad checks, nine counts.

Marisa I. Ruiz, 40, Warren, DUI with specification of two prior convictions and vehicle forfeiture.

John J. Jones, 36, Niles, two counts, DUI with specification of two prior convictions and vehicle forfeiture.

Dennis D. Carlton Jr., 38, Newton Falls, two counts, DUI.

Jared Holbook, 18, Warren, arson, receiving stolen property.

Chad Summers, 34, Warren, domestic violence.

Tamara Bonner, 31, Warren, domestic violence.

James A. Duncan, 37, Warren, domestic violence.

Robert E. Martin II, 40, Niles, burglary.

William J. Sullivan, 42, Warren, theft, two counts, domestic violence.

Todd M. Cerny, 26, Cortland, possession of criminal tools, two counts.

James F. Pizzulo III, 30, Warren, theft.

Eugene E. Wallace, 30, Warren, receiving stolen property.

The grand jury refused to indict the following:

Michael V. Accola, 50, Boardman, theft.

Eugene E. Wallace, possessing a deadly weapon in a courthouse.
