• New Bedford will meet at 7 p.m. with Juanita Cornman as hostess. Roll call will be toiletries for the Women’s Shelter. On the agenda are installation of officers, annual reports and a program by Dr. Dean Muscarella. Members are reminded that dues are $5.

• Garden club events are published Sunday. The deadline is noon Thursday.
