Snowflake Ball fundraiser can make dreams crystallize

YOUNGSTOWN — Celebrating with the theme “Spectacular in Shades of Green,” the Epsilon Mu Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. will be hosting its annual Snowflake Ball on Jan. 31.

The fundraiser will take place from 6 to 11 p.m. at Stambaugh Auditorium, 1000 Fifth Ave. The Total Package Band will provide the evening’s entertainment.

This event is one of two annual fundraisers that provide scholarships and financial support to other service organizations, and at the same time it will celebrate the chapter’s 60th year.
