O’Meara-Burns wedding will be at Brookfield church

BROOKFIELD — The engagement and plans for the upcoming marriage of Erin K. O’Meara and Joseph B. Burns are being announced by parents of the bride-elect, Steven and Peggy O’Meara of Brookfield.

Parents of the future groom are Suzanne Burns of Burghill, the late Thomas S. Horodyski, who had lived in Kinsman, and Ralph Johnson of Masury.

Miss O’Meara graduated from Trumbull Career and Technical Center. She is a nurse at Windsor House in Champion and is pursuing a degree as a registered nurse at Kent State University.

Mr. Burns is a CNC machinist with Ellwood Crank Shaft and Machining. He graduated from New Castle School of Trades.

The couple will be united in marriage on June 20 at Brookfield United Methodist Church. Invitations will be issued for the ceremony and a reception afterward.
