Date announced for Cobey-Davis summer wedding

CANFIELD — Tom and Vicki Cobey of Canfield are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Lindsay Cobey of Medina, and Jarrod Davis, also of Medina, a son of Tom and Jean Davis of East Canton.

The couple have planned their wedding for June 27 at Trinity United Methodist Church in Youngstown and a reception at the Links at Firestone Farms in Columbiana. Invitations will be issued.

Miss Cobey graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in physical education from Youngstown State University. She is employed by Medina City Schools as a physical education teacher at Claggett Middle School and a varsity track and field coach at Medina High School.

Mr. Davis graduated magna cum laude from YSU, where he earned a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in computing and information systems. He is a computer programmer with Antares Management Solutions in Strongsville and is a track and field coach with Baldwin Wallace College in Berea.
