Jason Kirkpatrick gets nine-year prison term for probation violation


WARREN — Jason Kirkpatrick, 29, a Warren man convicted of committing a host of burglaries across Trumbull, Mahoning and Columbiana counties, was sentenced to nine years in prison today for violating his probation at a faith-based treatment program in Detroit.

Judge John M. Stuard of Trumbull County Common Pleas Court had warned Kirkpatrick last year that he would get the prison term if he failed to complete the program.

Warren Detective Jeff Hoolihan spoke before the sentencing asking the judge to live up to his promise to incarcerate Kirkpatrick, who listed a home address on Pine Avenue Southeast
