Farmers National Bank buys Butler Wick Trust Co.

Today, Famers National Bank entered into a stock purchase agreement to acquire Butler Wick Trust Co. Both organizations have strong roots in the Mahoning Valley and have been providing financial services for over 135 years. Executives for Farmers National Bank and Butler Wick Trust Company will announce details of the acquisition and respond to questions at a news conference at 2 p.m. today.
