Lindsay Johnson has 27 points in win

MILLERSVILLE, Pa. — Lindsay Johnson (Springfield) scored 27 points, including 11-of-12 at the foul line, to lead No. 5 California (8-2). to a 70-60 win over Millersville Sunday.

Johnson, a 5-foot-8 senior, also had 10 rebounds for her 16th career double-double.

Slippery Rock 70, Shippensburg 61

SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. — Nikki Presto scored 12 points and Julie Molloy added 11 as Slippery Rock upset No. 15 Shippensburg.

Amanda Nero (Lowellville) added six assists and seven points for The Rock (5-6).

Men

SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. — Denell Stephens scored 18 points and had 12 rebounds but Slippery Rock suffered a 70-69 loss to Shippensburg.

Kyle Camper added 13 points for The Rock (8-3), while Jamar Scales added 10.

Derrick Graff scored 17 points to lead Shippensburg (8-3).
