Poland Masonic Lodge installs slate of officers

POLAND — James S. Daley of Boardman was installed as worshipful master of Poland Masonic Lodge 766, F&AM, following a 7 p.m. dinner on Dec. 4 at the Poland Masonic Temple.

Also inducted during the ceremony were Ron Davis, senior warden; Nathan Palvalko, junior warden; Joe Novosel, senior deacon; Patrick Davis, junior deacon; Bud Luman, tyler; Gale Rice, senior steward; and Chuck Haller, junior steward. Seated as secretary of the organization was James Parker IV.

Daley, who succeeds Novosel, is a current line officer with Ashlar Chapter 213, Royal Arch Masons, and a member of the White Shrine of Jerusalem. He served as worshipful master of Poland Lodge in 2005.

The installation was conducted by Ed Green, and the presiding marshal was Charles Houck. Other installing officers were Glenn Shafer, Zel Bush, Robert Musgrove, John Facemeyer, and Tim Johnson.

The dinner was served by the Ladies of the White Shrine, and a reception in the fellowship hall followed the ceremony.
