Parents announce date for Sich, Burnett wedding

• The engagement of Carolyn Sich and Anthony Burnett, both of 1808 Wampum Drive, Youngstown, and plans for their summer wedding are announced by their parents.

The bride-elect is a daughter of Edward and Edna Sich, 2388 Innwood Drive, Austintown, and parents of the future groom are John Burnett of Boardman, and Mary Anne McCarthy of Canfield.

An open wedding has been planned by the couple, and it will take place at 1:30 p.m. June 27 at St. Dominic Church, Youngstown. Invitations will be issued for their evening reception at The Georgetown in Boardman.

Miss Sich graduated from Youngstown State University with an associate degree in pre-kindergarten. She is a store manager with Payless Shoe Source in Boardman.

Mr. Burnett is the owner of Pondscape in Boardman and a firefighter with the City of Youngstown.
