Mayor Williams will share his vision for the city

YOUNGSTOWN — City Prayer Team of Youngstown will present “Vision Impact 2009: The Greater of Youngstown” at 6 p.m. today at Fifth Avenue Community Church, 1361 Fifth Ave. Mayor Jay Williams will share his vision for this community with all clergy and church leaders. There will be an opportunity for those attending to ask questions and share thoughts.
