• YOUNGSTOWN — James Pugh and his bride, the former Crystal Langer, honeymooned at St. Lucia in the West Indies following their Sept. 13 wedding at Immanuel Lutheran Church.

The couple exchanged nuptial vows during a 3 p.m. ceremony officiated by the Rev. Kenneth Kelly, and were honored afterward at a reception that took place at the Byzantine Center at the Grove.

The bride, a daughter of Wesley and Cindy Murrell, 16412 Ramsey Lane, Little Falls, Minn., and the groom, a son of Jim and Margaret Pugh, 430 Wilson Lane, Lowellville, live in Dayton.

Red gowns were worn by Kim Mueller, the honor attendant, and the bridesmaids, Emily Crilly, and the groom’s sister, Carolyn Pugh. Flower girl was Bailey Mueller.

The duties of best man were performed by Wade Russ, and groomsmen were Mark Brammer, the groom’s brother-in-law, and Troy Langer, a brother of the bride. Ring bearer was Tyler Mueller, and usher was Kevin Porter.

Mrs. Pugh graduated from St. Cloud State University in Minnesota with a degree in criminal justice, and she is a parole officer with the State of Ohio in Dayton.

Mr. Pugh is an instructor with the U.S. Army in Springfield, and he served with the military in Iraq from 2003 to 2005.
