ASHTABULA — A weak start hurt Champion which outscored Berkshire in the second half. The Golden Flashe lagged by 29-20 at halftime of the Division III sectional final at Lakeside High. Emily Giel and Jessica Ronyak had 14 points and five rebounds each to lead Berkshire. Meghan Wright also had five rebounds. Erica Stevens had 15 points and five rebounds and Jessica Nicholas 10 points to lead Champion (12-10). Brianna Lewis also had five rebounds.
