POLICY CHANGE: Joe Lynd, 31, left, and his brother, Daniel Delisio, 16, both of Boardman, stand outside of Tinseltown theater in the Southern Park Mall complex and discuss a policy change for the cinema that forbids children under 17 from being at the theater Fridays or Saturdays without parents or guardians. Lynd said he thinks it’s a bit strict. Delisio says he understands the need for the policy because of rowdy incidents at the theater, but says it can complicate going on a date.
