Guitar Hero contest Saturday at Eastwood Mall

NILES — Art Outreach Gallery in Eastwood Mall will host a Guitar Gaming Tournament, featuring competition in Guitar Hero World Tour, on Saturday.

The tournament will start at noon in the Mall Concourse in front of Sears. Sign-in begins at 11 a.m. The competition will run from noon to 5:30 p.m.

The tournament is free and open to youths age 13 to 18. Registration forms are available at the gallery and the GameStop store, also in the mall. Signed parent/guardian consent is required for all players.

Up to 64 guitar gamers will compete in player vs. player matches. Entries will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Various mall stores have donated tournament prizes.
