Guitar Hero competition will be at Eastwood Mall Saturday

NILES — Art Outreach Gallery in Eastwood Mall will host a Guitar Gaming Tournament, featuring competition in Guitar Hero World Tour, on Saturday.

The tournament will start at noon in the Mall Concourse in front of Sears. Sign-in begins at 11 a.m. The competition will run from noon to 5:30 p.m.

The tournament is free and open to youths age 13 to 18. Registration forms are available at the Art Outreach Gallery and the GameStop store, both in Eastwood Mall. Signed parent/guardian consent is required for all players.

Up to 64 guitar gamers will compete in player vs. player matches. Entries will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Various mall stores have donated tournament prizes.
