LISBON — Patricia Anne Hartley and G. Scott Koonse, both of 567 E. Washington St., were united in marriage during a 3 p.m. double-ring ceremony that took place Jan. 31 at their home.

They accepted congratulations afterward during a reception at Caff Capri in Boardman.

Susan Markley officiated at the wedding for the daughter of Catherine M. Hartley, also of 567 E. Washington St., and Jack and Judy Hartley, 6729 Meadow Creek Drive, Columbus, and the son of Donna Koonse, 11650 Springfield Road, North Lima, and John Koonse, 567 E. Washington St.

The bride’s white satin knee-length dress featured a V-neckline and gathers at the waistline.

Tena Ash of Columbus, the honor attendant, wore a black and white pantsuit.

Jacob Garbo of Columbiana performed the duties of best man.

The bride graduated from Ohio Valley College of Technology in East Liverpool with a degree in dental assisting.

The groom, a self-employed sub contractor, attended Youngstown State University.
