TWENTY-FIVE YEARS AGO: The Lincoln Park Bridge in Youngstown gave way under the weight of a truck loaded with steel coils and plunged 70 feet into the gorge of Dry Run Creek on Feb. 20, 1984. This photo was taken while emergency personnel were treating the injured, three people in the car and the truck driver. The wheels of the truck are barely visible in the deepest part of the ravine.
