Who's on the ballot this spring?

Candidates running in the May 5 primary election and issues on that ballot had to file with their respective boards of elections by Thursday.

Youngstown Mayor Jay Williams has only one opponent in the Democratic primary, and no Republicans filed as candidates for the primary in Mahoning County.
