Free dinner for the needy served Sunday at Nevel’s Temple

YOUNGSTOWN — A free dinner for the needy and their families will be at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at Nevels Temple, 939 Elm St., across from Wick Park, on the city’s North Side.

You must sign up for the dinner at the church at 1 p.m. Saturday.

The menu consists of baked chicken, turkey, ham, macaroni and cheese, string beans or corn, mashed potatoes, dressing, rolls, pop, punch or water, and desserts.

The dinner will be served after the noon worship service.
