No injuries in car-school bus accident in Liberty

LIBERTY — Police say no one was injured when a car ran into the rear of a school bus today.

Police said the township school district bus made a stop to pick up a student while traveling east on Tibbetts-Wick Road just before 8 a.m. A 29-year-old Hubbard man failed to stop his car behind the bus and struck it from behind.

None of the students on the bus were injured. The car sustained minor damage, but the driver also was not injured.
