Expo is tailored for women of color

YOUNGSTOWN — The Jamz 101.9 Women of Color Expo will take place from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday at East High School, 474 Bennington Ave.

The event, which is free and open to the public, will begin with a morning gospel, followed by a day filled with vendors, crafts and shopping in the main auditorium.

From 10 am. to 5 p.m., 45-minute breakout meetings will take place in four sessions each and will address topics important to women: finances, relationships, parenting, employment, continuing education, fitness, health, and careers in music. Attendees will be able to attend several choices of sessions throughout the day.
