Howland man charged with drug trafficking


HOWLAND — A township man has been arrested on three counts of drug trafficking after selling suspected marijuana to undercover officers.

Joshua Lapmardo, 21, of King Graves Road, was taken into custody Tuesday on a warrant issued by the township police department.

He was arraigned today in Warren Municipal Court. A pre-trial hearing was scheduled for March 13. He posted the $10,500 bond set by the court and was released.

Police said Lapmardo sold drugs to undercover officers on three separate occasions, Feb. 4, 6 and 13.
