Miss Firmstone, Mr. Butwin plan summer wedding

A summer wedding is planned by Michele Firmstone and Ben Butwin, both of 3 Elm Creek Drive, Elmhurst, Ill., whose engagement is announced by her parents, Michael Firmstone, 359 Como St., Struthers, and Donna Petrella, 4160 Kirk Road, Austintown.

Parents of the prospective groom are Richard and Ann Butwin, 13822 Silver Stream Drive, Carmel, Ind.

Invitations will be issued for the wedding the couple have planned for 1 p.m. July 17 at Basilica of the Sacred Heart in Notre Dame, Ind., and for an evening reception at Palais Royale in South Bend, Ind.

Miss Firmstone graduated from St. Mary’s College in Notre Dame with a bachelor’s degree in music education. She is a music teacher with Evergreen Park School District 124 in Illinois.

Mr. Butwin, a student of chiropractic with the National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, Ill., graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
