MISSING PORTRAIT: This portrait of Martin Luther King Jr. is missing from the Youngstown school bearing his name. It is shown at left during its presentation to the school in 1986 by artist Bill Dotson. Officials have been unable to find the portrait, which disappeared before the building was torn down last year. At left is then-Principal Janet Sanders and, at right, then-Superintendent Emanuel Catsoules.
