Landry, Krabbenhoft lead Wisconsin past Ohio State
MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Marcus Landry scored 17 points and Joe Krabbenhoft made a key 3-pointer and steal down the stretch to help Wisconsin beat No. 24 Ohio State 55-50 on Saturday night for its fourth straight win.
Wisconsin (16-9, 7-6 Big Ten) grabbed 15 offensive rebounds and snapped Ohio State’s four-game winning streak, overcoming Evan Turner’s 23-point effort for the Buckeyes.
Ohio State (17-6, 7-5) shot 55 percent from the field, but was anything but efficient because of 19 turnovers, struggling with Wisconsin’s pressure defense and failing to keep the Badgers off the boards.
The Buckeyes kept it close because of Turner and a late shooting slump by the Badgers, who went more than five minutes without a field goal.

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. — Talor Battle scored 21 points and converted a steal into a key three-point play as Penn State snapped a three-game losing streak.
Battle scored seven during a 10-0 run that turned a three-point deficit into a 63-56 lead with 26 seconds left.
Freshman Devoe Joseph had a career-high 23 points to lead the Golden Gophers (19-6, 7-6 Big Ten).
Battle swiped the ball in backcourt from Joseph, then raced down court for an off-balance layup to put Penn State (18-8, 7-6) up four with 57 seconds left.
Battle missed the ensuing foul shot, but teammate Andrew Jones retrieved the rebound to save the possession. Battle was fouled again and hit both free throws to put the Nittany Lions up 62-56 with 37 seconds left.
