Man indicted in 3 robberies at Adult Toys and Gifts store

YOUNGSTOWN — The Mahoning County grand jury has indicted a 40-year-old Hubbard man on three counts of aggravated robbery in three separate robberies within one week at the same adult-items store.
Terrence D. Tucker, of Rosser Avenue, was indicted Thursday in robberies on Dec. 30 and 31 and Jan. 4 at the Adult Toys and Gifts store, 1410 Market St., all alleged to have involved a deadly weapon.
Each count is a first-degree felony carrying three to 10 years in prison on conviction.
In the Jan. 4 robbery, the clerk hit a panic button and pepper-sprayed a robber, who said he had a knife, according to a police report.
The robber failed to open the register, but he found and took $150 and fled in an older, white station wagon, reports said.
A copy of the store’s surveillance video was turned over to detectives.
Others indicted Thursday were:
Charlie L. Carlisle II, 29, of Burkey Road, Austintown, aggravated robbery, aggravated burglary, and two counts each of burglary and receiving stolen property.
Donna Eldridge, 41, of West LaClede Avenue, tampering with evidence.
Harvey Jones, 50, of East Princeton Avenue, cocaine possession.
Lillian Walker, 47, of East Boston Avenue, cocaine possession.
Salene Ballard, 39, of Park Vista Drive, cocaine possession.
Corey Council, 20, of West Princeton Avenue, improperly handling a gun in a motor vehicle.
Antwaine H. Rutland, 22, and Brandon M. Rutland, 19, both of Volney Road, both charged with attempted aggravated burglary with a gun specification and carrying concealed weapons.
James S. Meade, 48, of Broadway, failure to report change of address after a sexual battery conviction.
David R. Hagens Jr., 40, of Benita Avenue, burglary.
Tremaine Williams, 33, c/o Mahoning County jail, retaliation.
George W. Hopkins, 18, of East Midlothian Boulevard, receiving stolen property.
David A. Sugar, 60, of East South Range Road, New Middletown, open burning or dumping.
Shawn Unger, 25, of Chris Avenue, Washingtonville, rape of a 5-year-old.
Nathan Lee Selley, 21, of North Palmyra Road, North Jackson, burglary and two counts of breaking and entering.
Christopher W. Seals, 19, of North Palmyra Road, North Jackson, burglary, two counts of breaking and entering and failure to comply with a police order.
Frank Wilczynski, 67, and Louise Wilczynski, 45, both of Arrow Street, gross sexual imposition on a 6-year-old, with a sexually violent predator specification for Frank Wilczynski.
Alexander Gonzalez, 26, of Benwood Avenue, unlawful sexual conduct with a 13-year-old girl.
James Malie, 27, of Euclid Boulevard, unlawful sexual conduct with a 15-year-old girl.
