Pets that need homes will be on display

BOARDMAN — From 1-3 p.m. Saturday at Petsmart in Boardman, Animal Appeal, a pet education and rescue organization, will have a display of dogs needing lifetime responsible homes.

All the dogs are vaccinated, spayed/neutered, and more. An adoption fee is charged. Animal Appeal uses an application method for all adoptions.
