One killed, one injured in crash

LISBON — Cindy Clark, 36, of Hammondsville, was killed in a two-car car crash that occurred at 2 p.m. Tuesday at state Routes 164 and 517. The Ohio State Highway Patrol said Clark was north bound on Race Road and stopped for the stop sign at state Routes 164 and 517. She began to cross Route 517 to go north on Route 164 and was struck by a car driven by Jeffrey Little, 44, of Leetonia.

A passenger in Clark’s vehicle, Robert Threatt of East Liverpool, age undetermined, was injured and flown by helicopter to St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown. Little was not seriously injured. The crash remains under investigation.
