Mahoning grand jury indicts man on adult book store robberies

YOUNGSTOWN — The Mahoning County grand jury has indicted a 40-year-old Hubbard man on three counts of aggravated robbery in three separate robberies within one week at the same adult book store.

Terrence D. Tucker, of Rosser Avenue, was indicted today in robberies on Dec. 30 and 31 and Jan. 4 at the Adult Toys and Gifts store, 1410 Market St., all allegedly involving a deadly weapon.

Each count is a first-degree felony carrying three to 10 years in prison.
