Valentine Cocktail Sip

YOUNGSTOWN — Naomi Temple 124 is planning a Valentine Cocktail Sip, which will take place from 9 p.m. to 1 am. Saturday at the Buckeye Elks Youth Center, 421‚Ñ2 North Ave.

The BYOB event will include refreshments and a basket raffle for a $10 donation. DJ Ronnie Rupert will play music, and patrons can learn the Obama dance.
