Tamburitzans plan Valentine’s Day Dance

YOUNGSTOWN — The Happy Hearts Tamburitzans are having their annual Valentine’s Day Dance Saturday at the St. George Croatian Center, 3200 Vestal Road.

Doors will open at 6 p.m., and there will be music until 11 p.m. by the Ice ’n’ Spice Band. For a donation of $5, and free for children under 12, patrons can enjoy a night of music and dancing, door prizes, a bake sale and a 50-50 raffle. The parents club will sell homemade frozen apple and cheese strudel, and there will be a Croatian kitchen that night with parents selling Cevapcici, haluski, pizza, hot dogs, etc. To ensure a strudel for that night, call Windi Kresic at (330) 980-9384 or Branka Ladd at (330) 758-5506.
