Infocision leaves Youngstown for the suburbs

Infocision Management Corp. is moving its workers in downtown Youngstown to its call centers in Austintown and Boardman.

About 165 workers who had been at 20 Federal Place will choose which of the suburban locations they prefer, said Gretchen Fri, manager of public relations for the Akron-based company. She said the move will help the company operate more efficiently because it has enlarged both suburban locations.

David Bozanich, city finance director, said he is confident the space in 20 Federal Place will be filled by other tenants. The city owns the building.
