Announcement is made of Frey, Kotel engagement

CANFIELD — The engagement of Louise Ashley Frey, a daughter of Lee and Laura Frey, 305 W. Main St., and Robert James Kotel, a son of Louis and Regina Kotel, 2383 Watson-Marshall Road, McDonald, is being announced by parents of the bride-elect.

Miss Frey is a clinical social worker with Blick Clinic in Akron. She graduated from Bowling Green State University with a bachelor’s degree in social work and earned a master’s in social work from the University of Akron.

Mr. Kotel, a project engineer with CMI EFCO in Salem, graduated with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Youngstown State University.

The couple will be united in marriage at 2:30 p.m. Aug. 22 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church in McDonald. Invitations will be issued for the ceremony and for an evening reception at the Avalon Inn in Howland.
