YSU master plan

Here is the list of Youngstown State University campus projects to be funded by a bond issue:

Phase 1

$20 million: Williamson College of Business Administration construction.

$1 million: Additional land acquisition for Williamson.

Phase 2

$4.1 million: Demolition of the M2 Parking deck and construction of a 375-space surface lot.

$5 million: WATTS Center (Watson And Tressel Training Site) indoor athletic facility and new outdoor recreation space.

$3,950,000: Wick Pollock Inn renovation and restoration.

$10 million: Kilcawley Center upgrade and Kilcawley House renovation.

$500,000: College of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics planning and programming.
