Cancer society benefit is a cut above the rest

BOARDMAN — The public is invited to participate in the “Walking With Scissors Gala” scheduled for Sunday at the Salon at Macy’s in Southern Park Mall.

From 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. a haircut and style will be $15; haircut only, $10; and eyebrow or lip waxing, $6.

There will also be a Pink Ribbon-themed bake sale, and a Chinese auction featuring services and beauty products. All proceeds benefit the American Cancer Society. For appointments, call (330) 758-9105.
