Ohio fugitive nabbed in Ark.

STUTTGART, Ark. (AP) — A man wanted in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, on 14 warrants was arrested Wednesday after he crashed into a police car and tried to run from the scene, according to Stuttgart police.

Michael Pannell, 39, is wanted in the Cleveland area on kidnapping, sexual assault and rape charges, police said.
