NORMAN, Okla. — Taylor Griffin hit a tiebreaking layup with 46.4 seconds left and followed it with two clutch free throws as Oklahoma rallied from a late nine-point deficit The Sooners (22-1, 8-0 Big 12) blew a 15-point lead and found themselves trailing 68-59 with 6:25 to play before rallying behind the defense of Juan Pattillo.

No. 10 Clemson 74, No. 4 Duke 47

CLEMSON, S.C. — Trevor Booker scored 21 points, Terrence Oglesby had five 3-pointers and Clemson beat Duke, the first time the Tigers had consecutive wins over the Blue Devils in 13 years. Clemson (19-2, 5-2 Atlantic Coast Conference) used a 20-8 run over the last 8 minutes of the first to take a 33-21 lead. The Tigers extended the lead to as many as 23 points. Duke (19-3, 6-2) had won 22 straight over Clemson — most in blowout fashion — since the Tigers won three straight in the series in the 1994-95 and 1995-96 seasons. The Blue Devils’ run of success ended last March in the ACC tournament semifinals when Clemson beat them 78-74. Booker and the Tigers made sure the regular-season streak ended at Littlejohn Coliseum.

Miami 79, No. 7 Wake Forest 52

CORAL GABLES, Fla. — Jack McClinton scored a season-high 32 points and the Hurricanes used a zone defense to stymie Wake Forest, which lost its second straight game. The Demon Deacons struggled throughout on offense and shot a season-low 31.7 percent, including 3-for-20 from 3-point range. Miami led 29-26 at halftime, then pulled away by outscoring Wake Forest 25-8 over the first 9:10 of the second half. McClinton scored 14 consecutive points for the Hurricanes late in the game. When it ended, fans poured onto the court to celebrate the largest margin of victory over a top 10 opponent in school history.

No. 13 Michigan St. 76, No. 19 Minnesota 47

EAST LANSING, Mich. — Durrell Summers opened the game with two 3-pointers and finished with 21 points as Michigan State snapped a two-game home losing streak. The Spartans (18-4, 8-2 Big Ten) held the Golden Gophers (18-4, 6-4) to 17.4 percent shooting in taking a 42-16 halftime lead. Summers had 17 points in the first half on 7-for-8 shooting from the field, including three 3-pointers and some impressive dunks as his team had 12 assists on its first 16 field goals. Chris Allen, who had scored in single digits in seven of his last eight games, had 13 points for Michigan State.

DALLAS — Tyreke Evans scored 26 points, including eight in a key second-half run, and Memphis won its 50th straight Conference USA game. The Tigers (19-3, 8-0) last lost in league play to UAB on March 2, 2006. The Tigers have won 13 straight, the second-longest winning streak in the nation behind Utah State’s 16. SMU (6-14, 1-7) has lost five straight games and nine in a row to ranked teams dating to 2003.

PROVIDENCE, R.I. — Scottie Reynolds scored 31 points and Dwayne Anderson had 19 points and 10 rebounds to lead Villanova to its fourth straight victory. Reggie Redding had 12 points, 11 rebounds and a key blocked shot for the Wildcats (18-4, 6-3 Big East). Sharaud Curry led the Friars (14-8, 6-4) with 25 points, while Weyinmi Efejuku had 23 and Jeff Xavier 21.

No. 20 Syracuse 74, West Virginia 61

SYRACUSE, N.Y. — Eric Devendorf and Jonny Flynn both scored 22 points to lead Syracuse and snap a three-game losing streak. Syracuse (18-5, 6-4 Big East), which had lost four of five, avenged a 20-point loss at West Virginia (15-7, 4-5) last season. Paul Harris had 14 points and 13 rebounds for Syracuse to snap out of a three-game funk in which he had just 23 points and 19 rebounds. The Orange won despite subpar performances from guard Andy Rautins and center Arinze Onuaku. Rautins, who missed the previous game with a sprained ankle, did not score and Onuaku, who has knee tendinitis, had four points. Da’Sean Butler had 18 of his 23 points in the second half to keep the Mountaineers within striking distance, while Alex Ruoff finished with 10 points on 4-for-10 shooting.

WOMEN

No. 21 Iowa St. 67, No. 10 Texas A&M 50

AMES, Iowa — Heather Ezell scored 25 points as Iowa State handed the Aggies their worst loss of the season. Kelsey Bolte added 17 points for the Cyclones (17-4, 5-2 Big 12), who won their fourth straight and improved to 12-0 at home.

No. 8 Baylor 76, Nebraska 71

LINCOLN, Neb. — Kelli Griffin, Danielle Wilson and Jessica Morrow scored 14 points apiece and freshman Ashley Field had a season-high 12 in her first start to lead Baylor. The Bears (18-3, 6-2 Big 12), coming off home losses to No. 2 Oklahoma and No. 16 Texas, won in Lincoln for the first time in three tries.

MANHATTAN, Kan. — Ashley Sweat had 25 points and made the decisive plays down the stretch for Kansas State (19-2, 6-2 Big 12).

No. 25 DePaul 57, Georgetown 51

CHICAGO — Natasha Williams had 16 points and 10 rebounds to lead DePaul to its fifth straight win.
