Holy Ghost Tent Revival has a ragtime folkiness and that wise-but-cockeyed worldview that seems to come only out of the South. The Greensboro, N.C., group makes a stop in Youngstown for an 11 p.m. show at Cedars Lounge, 23 N. Hazel St., downtown. The evening will also include a set from Matt Palka, an Ohio-based singer-songwriter with a gypsy soul. It’s an inspired pairing.
